We are hourly employees, they schedule the meeting for 2 hours but I asked if I should put the 2 hour on my time card or 20 minutes and was told the 20 minutes. I spend more time driving there and back than I do at these meetings. It’s something new they came up with.
I’m likely going to quit anyways but rather help my fellow employees out if this is an issue. I can’t find anything on our department of labor site so I’m guessing this is okay in Indiana.
Heck I’d be fine with a phone call but they are wanting us to do it on location on our days off.
