I also have a friend who works at the same agency and has way less experience than me. He just got an email from the agency where they’re offering him $20 an hour for the same job I’m at. I want to confront the agency… should I? And if so, how do I go about it? Edit: I wouldn’t disclose that I partially found out about this through my friend, of course.
