After two years of being a literal TOP performer and still being treated like a nuesance for following policy, I am finally putting in my two weeks notice. I found a similar job, not work from home unfortunately but at this point I need a drama free work environment, it pays $3.00 more an hour and really wanting to build a better life for me and my wife.
