I am in fear of stalking and retaliation. I was in the hospital a month ago, taken by ambulance, and members of this church showed up at my house. One member lied to hospital staff to try to get into my room.
This is a Presbyterian church with no Pastor. The members of session all believe they are in charge. I do not attend worship. They all sat me down yesterday and asked me for my mother's contact information (I was very uncomfortable with this) name and address, in case I end up in the hospital again.
All 12 of them harass me outside of work. I have all their phone numbers blocked and if I do not pick up, they email me. If I do not answer the emails, they drive past my house.
One member went as far as to take all my passwords including the Ring Camera and change them so he knows when I will be working at the church. He then stops by and gives me work to do.
Another member demanded I only speak to her outside of the church because she doesn't get along with anyone else. (unpaid).
I want out. I am most likely not putting a notice in. However, I don't want the inevitable pitchforks coming my way and will most certainly have people at my home bothering me after I leave.
There is no Human Resources.
How can I get away from these psychotic people?
