i'm not getting a reference either way because i don't believe in 2 week notices like imma leave givin u the same respect u give me but i wanna like say hey it's not okay we're only getting 16/hr to literally be teachers and counselors and parahealthcare workers lowkey and get nearly no training it's not okay that they keep saying oh we appreciate u but where's the tangible appreciation especially when for in home services they p much never had remote work for newer employees (i've been here almost a year and yeah pandemic was still fierce and i went to ppls homesss) like it's garbage it's not The Worst like but i have a side hustle i'm in college i think imma be fine i just wanna see what others think
