I’ve made boundaries for interviews and it’s helped.

I consider the interview to be basically a preview of what my life will be like 8 hours a day. If I get weird vibes, am ignored, or told to fill out an application (that I’ve already done online) I’m out. Like I get up and leave that’s it. No more will I “give them a chance”. The way they act during the onboarding will almost always mirror how the job will be. Happened to me today. I walked into an “interview” only to be told to scan a QR code and fill out a long application on my iPhone. Ridiculous already. The. When I ask about why this is necessary I am ignored for 10 mins. I made the decision that if my time is not valued during this period then they will certainly waste my time when employed. Not happening.
