I work at a huge global conglomerate and it's just depressing. It's an extremely competitive environment and people treat each other like crap. It's almost like being in a war torn country…alliances must be made, people backstab one another and/or blame their co workers for any little problem they run into. People are shallow and desperate. It's so depressing…but what can you do? The benefits are decent and the pay has the capacity to become high. It's just sad and appalling that people lose any semblance of their humanity competing constantly with others. It's soulless.
