My job training is incomplete since starting here 6 months ago. They partially trained me then sent me away to work solo at a lab at the satellite office. I’ve released patient results when I was never told there were [not obvious] flags on their reports. This happened to another guy, too. And now they’re having me train a new person. Whenever he asks me questions, I say I’m not sure because I’m still learning my dang self. And then he looks annoyed. Same, brother. Same. Train your employees.
