I work at a warehouse in the Midwest. It's not a huge company, but they are national. I was sent out to work in a different state for a while by the company. Helping with the operation of another warehouse.
This area has about the same cost of living as we do, but the employees make 2 to 3 dollars more an hour. Keep in mind every employee there has been there for no longer than 4 months.
Consider me, who has traveled for work. Been here for years and have worked my ass off. Or every one of my coworkers with the same job title as me or those workers in the other state.
We are the highest performing warehouse in the company.
