I am trying to see what offers I may get on the job market for my current experience, and already have a phone interview in the works. I am currently full time employed and comfortable enough that I have no urgency behind my search, and would like to use this to my advantage when I weigh my options.
I'd like to do my due diligence and learn a bit about what rights I have as an individual seeking employment, so I can put my most informed foot forward. I'm hoping this post can serve to aid others in a similar boat, as collective education is one of our most powerful weapons against oppression. I know I can just google my questions (And I will be doing so) but if some useful tips and answers can be saved in one place, all the better.
