I was then written up for speaking to other mid-level managers about the decision and enquiring if any of the senior leadership had higher education (turns out apart from the HR manager, not one of them do). The agency is now pulling resources from my program that will 100% decrease the quality of life for the clients I serve and impact the physical and mental safety of the frontline staff.
Current feeling towards them all is that they can suck on my swingers.
