To start. I’ll say I am in an employment at will state. Already bad news. So my upper manager personally dislikes me for whatever reason. I preform my job just fine and do what is required, she just doesn’t like me as a person for some reason. The owner told me I need to get along with her and make her like me or they’ll fire me because she doesn’t personally like me. Is not liking someone as a person a reason for termination??
