My company takes my sales

I work at a commission only sales job. I am supposed to make leads and accounts for new customers then sell them, I get business for the company that they otherwise would not have. But 90% of the time customers don't move forward right away, because of many related things. So I make the lead, meet with them, set a reminder to follow-up, and leave notes visible to other sales reps about the activity. But this company also has national call centers, and sometimes the customer will call them instead, and that hourly paid phone center rep will make the sale, using my lead. I get cut out completely. And we have guidelines to protect these leads, but the company is ignoring them and will make up reasons as to why they cant compensate me for my lead. “insufficient notes” being popular. My most recent one happened within a week…

My most recent one happened within a week that I met with customer, then they called in to phone center and bought over phone. Is there not some law about this?
