Such an amount of ignorance and crookedness from workplace..it's the worst when the supervisors act like we are invicible or that workers don't exist and then somehow they will blame us when we comeback nd say that it was me that made the problem by taking leave..they are not even available at anytime and they want support from us all the time..such a single direction bridge exist between workers and supervisors.. What to do next?
