It blows my mind how absolutely useless and unnecessarily difficult some company’s vital internal systems are and they don’t even attempt to fix it.
It’s like they want to piss their employees off and lower productivity.
I work at a big international MNC with $1 billion revenue and they have gone the cheap outsourced way in all internal systems and nearly every internal process is horribly painstaking.
It’s not as important as salary or toxic managers but I’m sure it leaves some people to quit positions. Have you ever quit for this reason?
