My wife is getting a new manager and the head of her office wants everyone to bond so is requiring everyone on the team to be in the office every day for the next 2-4 weeks. Where we live we are setting new records for COVID cases daily and up until this point my wife only had to be in the office 2 days a week and only with one or two other people at a time. Now there will be 6 people everyday right next to each other. The entire team is uncomfortable with this prospect. Two of her coworkers are threatening to quit if they're forced back right now for 4 weeks. I agree with them. What is an eloquent way for my wife to tell her boss she doesn't feel safe going in that frequently and that he can kindly f-off?
