Recently my job has cut everyones hours, hired people at a higher rate than people who have been here for over a decade, and on top of that my manager is absolutely rancid. Shes “i think covid vaccines are a genocide plan” levels of crazy and shes always making her anger everyone elses problem.
Last night i had to leave early from cut hours, and before i went to leave she lectured me on stuff that wasnt my responsibility and tried to get me to do a bunch of extra work. So i just clocked out and left.
If she comes in and tries to start something im leaving. Ive been sending in job applications everywhere, i know its a bad financial move but i cant keep getting berated for stuff thats not even my job.
