Putting in my two weeks on Monday, any advice?

I’ve been at a landscaping company for a couple months now and they treat people so shitty. The owners are condescending and talk badly about past employees. Whenever they actually show up to job sites they micromanage every movement. It’s almost springtime and all I hear is everyone talking about how hard they’re going to work us and how long the days are. I am so unpassionate about this work and I’m so ready to be out of there but I’m scared that I don’t have something else lined up yet
