The price of this home in the same address went up to 60k in a month! How is this not price gouging???! What other shortages do we have to support a 60k price increase in a months time?! This same home in June 2020 was 250k. SMH. My question is who is buying these home? To those buying these homes are you guys selling drugs or living paycheck to paycheck?
