It seems that a lot of you feel that you are not being payed fair wages and not being treated the way that you should be treated as an employee. I often scan through this subreddit and wonder to myself why you guys don’t consider starting your own businesses so you can be the example in business that you wish to see.
Genuine question here. What’s stopping you from changing your life and starting your own business? Before you guys say “money” just know that I completely changed my life by saving up from my serving jobs for 2 years and launched my business. From there I worked super hard and made my business successful. Before you guys start hating on me as a business owner just know that I pay my staff the best out of any business that I have heard of in my town for my industry. I never have turnover and most of my staff members have been with me for 8+ years. I treat them like gold/family.
All I’m saying is that it’s possible to change your life and not have to answer to “the man”.
