I’m an hourly employee, I got an email this morning telling me that I shouldn’t have left yesterday without finishing his assignment for me. Except, he sent me the assignment at 7pm, my work day ends at 5pm. His email is a bit disrespectful as he says things like “if you value your job I’d remember who’s name is on your paycheck”…
I have a doctorate, I feel like I’ve worked too hard to be bossed around by a guy who’s dad bought him a law firm.
How do I respond to his email? He doesn’t even give us bonuses. Part of me wants to save the email and reply when I have a new job on hand.
Edit: the reason he emailed me at 7pm was because he was at his daily yoga class from 4pm to whenever he feels like working again.
