I work in sales. I get salary and bonus and completely work myself to death to not be terminated. When I’m off work all I think about is my job. When we got forced full time work at home, they didn’t supply us desks or chairs or even pay for a fraction of our internet. We got treated like it was a privilege to still have a job.
Our bonus got cut in half this last year and this year as things get more and more expensive a lot of us we’re ready for my company to start making moves to prove we’re valuable to them.
I score nearly perfect on my annual review. 11/12. Apparently no one gets a 12. I was so ready for a 6-7% NEEDED cost of living increase.
I got a 3% raise. Not even enough of a raise to even notice after taxes…..
