My boss is tough often irrational and won't let anyone talk or have an opinion in his presence.
He criticizes my lack of compassion in stressful situations. I don't show compassion when it will distract from the point. He criticizes me for being closed off actually I have to work from 7-7 just to make his office function. He saysletme help. Meaning I'll tell you how to do it which wastes my time.
It's a losing situation for me and I honestly feel trapped, alone, wishing I was respected, feeling like a joke.
I don't even know how to get help to find a new place to work to support myself. Meaning I honestly don't know programs, will absolutely not use temp agencies, career coaching can't even afford.
Multiple years building a company for a guy from less than 800,000 – 2,000,000. I hate being told I'm smart and all I get for it is punishment.
