I've been at my new job for three months. It's been HELL! One of the leads took an immediate dislike to me. I don't know why. I've been told she dislikes white people (she's Salvadoran), Mexicans, women in general, especially older women. I'm white at older. I've had, at least, three people tell me they thought she was out to get me to quit. Well, my three month anniversary was on the 20th, and she moved to a different department! The greatest anniversary gift I could receive. It's been so relaxing not being blamed for everything that goes wrong. Machine failure? Must be my fault, even though I was on the other side of the building.
