My boyfriend just had an interview. He told them his current hourly wage, and they said they can’t match it, but they can give him more hours so the pay will be even anyways… So essentially they’re offering him longer hours and more work for the exact same pay he’s already getting. And they thought that this was a convincing argument for him to work for them.. My brain hurts.
