I started showing symptoms on Sunday. I thought it was just allergies until they started to become more and more severe. I wasn’t scheduled to work till Wednesday. I woke up Wednesday morning feeling even more terrible so I called my manager hours before my shift to let her know and her tone did not seem very happy. Today I woke up with a new loss of smell and taste, I just got off the phone with her to let her know that I will not be able to work until I get tested. She got angry (I live in Texas btw) I apologized for the inconvenience this might be and she said okay and hung up on me. This is just a part time, I work maybe 18 hours at this job Soo I don’t see what her deal is. We aren’t understaffed or anything like that. Now I just feel guilty and bad about calling off idk
