Recruiter was a no call no show to interview

I had a recruiter reach out to me this week to set up time for a role they were looking to fill. We agreed on a time and I sent in my resume per their request. Is it to much to be treated with a modicum of respect? Take 15 minutes and let me know it’s not a fit, I made time for the call and spent a good deal of time prepping for the interview and researching the company and industry.

Worst thing is, this recruiter has books on how to recruit. Literally can’t make this stuff up.
