I quit with short notice and got the following email from HR 3 weeks later. I have never had any poor marks or reviews in my 2 years with the company. I had full access to email and was not notified while out of the office.
“Prior to your departure, we drafted a Performance Improvement Corrective Action Plan (PICAP) and had planned to deliver that to you upon your return from PTO. As you are aware, corrective actions are reportable to the government as it relates to your security clearance and we have taken that action. Please be advised that when you reapply for your clearance you will need to disclose this information. “
