Has this been happening to any of you? I have applied to multiple jobs over the last few months and haven’t heard back from a single one. I only have a year experience in my field but these are all entry level positions that don’t require experience and I am qualified and even have direct experience in what they are looking for. At this point I’m just so discouraged and feel like I’ll be stuck at my current job which doesn’t compensate us nearly enough. What stinks is I do like my job but at the end of the day it’s not worth the pay and benefits.
(I started at $27,500 a year which was the highest they ever payed a new employee at the time and they only give us 2 vacation days for the first year of work.)
