I (18F) currently make $10/hr working retail and I’m applying for jobs as a Sales Representative with “the potential to make six figures”

My question is— are these job listings full of shit or would I actually be able to make a good amount of money working as a Sales Representative? Most, if not all, of these listings include commissions, but the base salary/hourly pay is not listed. I’m in a tough spot. I have experience in sales & I’m highly successful with retail sales at my current job, earning the most commission out of the store staff, but I don’t know how well that will translate to a seemingly highly competitive workforce. I barely make enough money to survive each week and living paycheck to paycheck is killing me. What should I be expecting should I get hired? I feel like I can’t trust any job listings 🙁
