I Called in sick (with covid) this morning. Was asked if I'm well enough to still work from home. I said no, I'm really poorly. He then snaps at me saying that I was off sick not long ago and it's not fair on the class or the year group lead who has to take over and how he's had some complaints from parents.
I told him look, I don't plan to get sick. Then he tells me to call and update him.
This happens every time I call sick
“Will you be in tomorrow?
It's not fair on your class
It's hard finding supply teachers”
