Boss was shocked by my resignation letter and is now begging me to stay

After 10 months of dealing with this narcissist, having my time off requests denied repeatedly, other people on staff quitting and not being replaced, and my work hours increased without any bump in pay, I went to my boss' office this past Friday and handed him my resignation letter and told I'm leaving the company. Well this morning comes around and he calls me into his office and puts on this big pity party and trying to tell me how me leaving puts him in a terrible position, and how bad its going to be for everyone else without me there. We went back and forth for 20 minutes with him trying to convince me that I'm not going to do as well in my new job as I am here, finally I just told him a lot of it comes down to money, which really seemed to annoy him. Oh well, the rest of the week should be interesting!
