Reading term and agreement

So i was looking at the term and agreement for Office depot and it started off good … but then near at the bottom i notice something …

1.  I understand that all employees of the Company are employees at will and, I agree that if I am hired by the Company, I will be an at-will employee.  As such, Office Depot employees are free to resign at any time without reason and the Company, likewise, retains the right to terminate an employee s employment at any time with or without reason or notice.  No oral statements or anything contained in the Associate Handbook or any other document provided to an employee are intended to be, nor should they be construed as, a guarantee that employment or any benefit is to be continued for any period of time.  The terms of this at-will employment relationship cannot be altered unless done so in writing by the CEO or President or an authorized representative of Office Depot.  I understand and agree that, except for employment-at-will status, if hired, my wages, hours, working conditions, job assignment(s), and compensation rate(s) will be subject to change by Office Depot. 

2. If employed, I agree that upon termination of my employment, I will return all Company property and records in my possession. 

3. I understand that this application for employment will remain searchable in the Company s system for at least 6 months.  I understand that if am interested in any position(s) other than the one I ve applied for, I must submit an application for the position(s). 

4. I understand that, if I am offered employment, I may be required to sign a non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreement, as a condition of employment.

this straight off their Job term and agreement. I hope this get seen by lot of internet federal job wage .. I see this and im shocked by it … this doesnt even feel right … it just says Slave labor to me
