I'm an intern yet I'm constantly treated like an assistant because I'm the only other pair of hands.
I can't be reading pages and pages of stuff, making things all the time (the things you don't actually want to do in order to get to the final product), and be chasing things from people left right and centre when I'm on a part-timers/less than minimum wage.
What I'm doing here is easily 1/4 to 1/5 of your job on minimal training already and yet I'm not paid even close to a quarter of your salary.
I sometimes tell myself to take it easy and just work the leisurely pace of 3 days and 24 hours of work because you aren't paying me the money to monopolize my time at 40 hours, or the stress that comes with it.
