How is this a better option??

I work in Austria and I want your opinion guys on this. So companies offer three types of contract in my industry(tech) for white collar workers. I’ll rank them in the order that management and HR do (worst to best) part time- each hour that you work is payed for with a minimum that you must work. ( low hourly rate since you can add hours) full time (38.5 hours/week) with 20 hours of overtime/ month included in the payment (~175 hours/month) (hourly rate higher than option one) all in (38.5 hours/week) no overtime is payed but higher pay than option 2. I’ll rank them in the order that management and HR do (worst to best)

  1. part time- each hour that you work is payed for with a minimum that you must work. ( low hourly rate since you can add hours)

  2. full time (38.5 hours/week) with 20 hours of overtime/ month included in the payment (~175 hours/month) (hourly rate higher than option one)

  3. all in (38.5 hours/week) no overtime is payed but higher pay than option 2.

I know pay wise in total the last one is the best, but with all the extra hours expected the last one seems to be the worst if I calculate hourly rate.

Am I the only one seeing that as you go up in ranking you loose the freedom of your hours you stay at work? (if the work needs to be done you need to finish no matter how many extra hours since you are already payed for it in option 2 and 3)
