Soooo im a salary employee. We do not get over time but the company has created this thing called event pay where salary employees can get paid certain amount of hours in OT.
In my group only three people were selected. This means if i work OT ima just get paid regular and my coworker will be allowed to make more money then me doing the same work.
Im beyond furious i could use the extra hours and pay.
Edit: the people who were picked are salary employees as welL. This program is to pay salary people for OT.
