I work in tech, I have been working in my job for 8 months, my boss is a control freak, he wants us to work in the office as a NEW HIRE POLICY, this is to transission the workforce back in the office after covid. BUT EVERYONE ELSE WORKS FROM HOME. I'm ready to do the nuclear option and tell him, “If everyone else can work from home, I will as well, and if you don't like it fire me!”
yup, that's how I roll, we gotta stick it to the man and use threats to get respect, I've never done this before in my 13 year tech career. I've always been a GOOD LITTLE BOY, but now I'm gonna man up and use threats and strong warnings BECAUSE pleading and discussing doesn't do SHIT! You gotta throw your weight around to get respect.
