I have always wanted to restart my business. I had a t-shirt shop years ago that went belly up. I had to take a night time job to keep my shop afloat for 6 years, then I got married and gave it up. I would like to try again, but I would like to be able to do it in a way that is fair to the employees. (I couldn't afford employees in the first business).
So if I try again, and get successful enough to hire employees, how do I make it fair for them, and how do I pre-emptively safeguard them if I ever turned greedy?
I hope it would never come to that, but I am human. I'm sure every corporate person started out trying to be decent to their workers, but the greed bug bit them.
