Still waiting on sick pay after a month and a half. Is there anything I can do?

Over a month and a half ago, I had to call out sick because of a crazy stiff neck I had where I couldn't even move my head let alone do my job properly. I got the time off no problem, my job had actually been very good about letting me take time off when I'm sick and overall being pretty flexible with my time. However, I requested to use my sick pay for those hours I would be missing (I don't always do this, because sometimes I'm not genuinely sick and can afford to go without pay for a day and just need a day off). My manager said sure, no problem, I'll put that in! Fast forward, she forgot, and that pay was not in my paycheck. Another manager later helped me request the sick pay through our clock-in terminal, but by the next paycheck, I found out…

Another manager later helped me request the sick pay through our clock-in terminal, but by the next paycheck, I found out that the request had been denied and was not in my paycheck again. I kept bothering (politely asking) both managers to reach out to their higher-ups (which they said they would do) to figure out why the request was denied and to settle it so that I can get this sick pay. They haven't, as far as I'm aware, and another two weeks have passed by, another paycheck without this sick pay.

It's only 4 hours of sick pay, and would definitely be under $100 even before taxes, but I'm kinda pissed off on the principle of it! Now next time I'm sick, I feel like I'm gonna have to seriously consider whether to call out or not because I don't know if I will actually be able to get paid for that time!

Is there anything I can do about this??? It's a fast-food job, based in nyc if that's helpful info at all!
