Just got fired from my part time serving job for “being a negative presence in the workplace” by the owner after I spoke about how I didn’t agree with some of their decisions and a situation involving ownership and a manager that ended up quitting because of the way they were treated.
After the manager quit, others began quitting in droves and now the owner believes that I have staged some sort of or am involved in a walkout or mass resignation
I have nothing in writing and I feel like they will either take legal action or do something less than legal to me.
What are my options if any?
