Company policy is that, because of covid, no one can work while they are sick with any symptoms.
They asked me to do a covid test after telling me a few weeks ago to order at home tests. I did one when I was no longer bedridden. I was negative.
Today, they're saying that I can't take any of the covid time. I don't have any sick time saved. That's about $600 of missing pay. I can't contest it, because the pay period is over. They waited over a week to tell me this.
I'm done. This is by far the last straw.
