My coworker and I have decided to talk to our boss about raising our wage from 17/16.50/hr to a higher wage after researching our pay compared to other florists @ a median range ($24/hr or 50k/yr). Does anyone have any tips on how to negotiate this? We're both considering valued members of the team and told every week 'we're worth every penny' Thank y'all
