My boss informed our typing team that we are now going to be docked 5 dollars for every typing mistake in our EBay titles. So if you type 10,000 titles at .40 cents a title, and you have an error % of 1… you would lose 500 dollars for human error. We are 1099 workers, so was wondering if this is legal, it’s remote work. They are out of DC.
