They made it worse.

New owners took over and kept us all on under the exact same schedule, pay, and position. Literally nothing change except who paid us and it seemed ok…. Until it wasn’t. In less than 6 months they have screwed up peoples paychecks frequently, hired next to no new people despite promising to fill in gaps that left us overworked, tried to push for policy changes that would make things worse, trying to make us do tasks that we are not trained to do, they have an HR department that is equal useless and hard to reach, have done nothing in regards to dealing with the problem employees, and the site director they assigned to us is nowhere to be found (seriously I literally haven’t seen him more than twice in the last 2 months or so) Now I am hearing rumors that the company we are contracted to are not…
