Making the employee pay should be illegal 100%. I’m already making close to minimum wage, and am struggling to pay rent and feed myself. And now I have to get 2-3+ hours of my paycheck taken out to cover some shitty, ugly uniform I can’t even wear outside of work? It’s absurd
