How about when my coworkers and I come in to work on opening the clinic, and we have to unlock the door to come in, you don't grab the door and follow us inside? Then when we explain the doctors don't get here till 8, which is when we open, don't argue with us and scream at us. Please. There is nothing I can do, the lights are off, nothing is set up, and I'm the only one there. For reference, I work at a vet clinic, this lady needed her dogs vaccines, and didn't have an appointment. Even if she did though that doesn't excuse this behavior. She then decided to wait in my lobby until 8, causing the people waiting outside to become angry and start banging on the doors or trying to open them despite being locked until opening, because they assumed we were open. I apologize for the aggressivness of this rant, I'm just very irritated after this morning. To add to this though, the computers weren't working, and everyone was upset she got to come in when the doors were locked! It's been.. Eventful lol. Of course this isn't the first time or last time this has happened or will happen.
