I left a corporate role the other week and just had some emails with my leavers documents etc. and the invitation to take part in an exit interview that is… entirely a webform with free text entries? So the company do very little to ascertain or show consideration about why someone is leaving to the point it's just a 'write here if you wish' The company has a high turnover as it is, just wondered if electronic exit interviews were becoming a thing now?
