I am seeing more and more generation bashing here. I am tired of it on all sides. We are all in this world together! We should stop blaming and start finding a way to work together because we are surrounded by many generations at work.
My mom is a boomer, but she isn't a stereotypical one. My dad isn't even a boomer. He is older.
I am GenX, so there you go-the tiny generation no one remembers exists.
My point is most of us have to work, so let's work together to make it better. We are more powerful together than separate! Peace!
