This is in Australia. Last year I got a job working with my brother as a food delivery driver for a major nationwide company. Most drivers were earning 100k plus per year, but only due to excessive overtime.
One day after a series of small events and being burnt out from all the overtime I drove the truck back at 9am and got in my car and drove home, then texted the boss lol.
I went back into my old alcohol delivery job after a week of applying, which was even worse as it was less pay and more hours.
One month in I got a call from a different major Australian company which happened to have a branch 300 metres from my house.
9 hour days. 5 days a week. No overtime. 65k a year. $1000 sign on bonus after 90 days. Profit share program after 12 months in 6 month intervals. It's less work and I'm so fucking happy.
