got hired by a smaller reno company as a working Estimator / PM.
overhauled their estimating capabilities with spreadsheets and programs that I had created / curated at my last position (bigger civil company) and was told to upload them to a cloud, which I figured was fine but also kind of knew he was going to use himself.
last week I asked to work in the field to work with the guys and see how well they did timewise (to be able to tighten up our bids) and today, 9am, was given a check for my time owing (one week + vacation and whatever else).
I said fine but I needed him to delete my proprietary docs from his cloud, which he laughed at and told me to leave.
got home and checked to see if I can still log in to the cloud to delete it all, obviously locked out.
anyone have anything similar happen and did you have any luck getting your programs/spreadsheets deleted?
